    Assessment

    We review track record, results and sporting fit within the programme.

    Meeting

    We talk with the family: goals, calendar, budget and expectations.

    Proposal

    We present a sporting plan with season, services and support.

  5. 05

    Contract

    We formalise the agreement with the legal guardian and define commitments.

  6. 06

    Onboarding

    ESSEBE creates the guardian and driver accounts, always linked to each other.

  7. 07

    Active driver

    The driver enters the paddock: calendar, tasks, progress and reports.
